At AndalPay we handle your payments securely
We charge for the services we provide, by card, by Bizum, by PayPal or from the wallet on your phone. If a charge bears our name, it is for something booked with us.
Seen an AndalPay charge on your statement?
Then one of our services was booked, by phone or online. If you don’t recognise it, tell us and we will look into it with you — the amount and the date are enough.
What happens to your card
You don’t demonstrate that a payment is safe with a badge in the footer. You do it by saying where the data travels, who touches it and what gets kept. Here it is, plainly.
- We comply with the PCI DSS standard, version 4.0, and attest to it every year with our acquiring bank. It is not a badge we awarded ourselves: it is an annual review you have to pass to go on taking card payments at all.
- If you paid online, your card is entered on the bank’s own payment page. It never passes through our systems at any point.
- If you paid by phone, the person who answered entered the details in an environment governed by that same standard, and they were transmitted encrypted to the bank without being kept on any system of ours.
- We will never ask you for your card by email, WhatsApp, SMS or through a form on this website. If you receive anything like that in our name, it is not from us: tell us and we will report it.
- Payments made online in Europe go through strong customer authentication with 3-D Secure: you confirm them yourself, in your bank’s app, and without that confirmation they are not authorised.
- Every payment is recorded with its date, amount and payment method. That is what lets us find it and refund it within minutes when someone asks.
Payment methods we accept
Not all of them are available in every country or for every one of our services, so you may not have been offered all of them.

Where we operate
We work in Spain, in the rest of the European Union and in the United States. That determines which payment methods you can use and the currency you are charged in: Bizum is Spanish, and Venmo and Cash App Pay are American.
- Spain and the European Union: credit and debit cards, Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in euros and with strong customer authentication.
- United States: credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in dollars.
- The amount is charged by the company that provides the service, whose details are in the legal notice. There is nobody in between, and nothing is added to the price you saw.
What brought you here?
This site exists for two very different people, and each one has their own route.
I’ve seen a charge I don’t recognise
Fill in the form with the amount and the date. We will find it, tell you what it was for and, if it should not have been taken, refund it.
I run a business and want to work with you
We work with professionals and with businesses that need their calls answered. Here is how it works and what it takes to start.
