AndalPay is a trading name used by the company named above to charge for the services it provides. It is not a separate legal entity, nor an entity distinct from its owner.

Purpose of this site

This site is purely informational. No goods or services are sold through it, no payment is processed on it, no card details are entered on it, and no user accounts can be created. Its purpose is to identify the trading name to anyone who finds a charge bearing it, and to give them a way to ask about it.

Nature of the service

AndalPay is not a payment institution, an electronic money institution or a credit institution, and is not registered as such with the Bank of Spain. It provides no payment services to third parties, carries out no collection on anyone else’s behalf, holds no third-party funds and acts as no intermediary in other parties’ transactions. Amounts charged under this name correspond entirely to services provided by the owning company itself to whoever books them, and are charged in its capacity as a merchant, through authorised acquiring institutions and payment service providers with which it holds the corresponding agreement.

Terms of use

Access to this site is free and open. Anyone using it agrees to do so lawfully and not to use the enquiry form to send unlawful, offensive or off-topic content. The site owner may block access to anyone misusing the form.

Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design and code of this site belong to its owner. Payment method names and logos belong to their respective owners and are reproduced solely to identify the forms of payment accepted, implying no sponsorship or affiliation of any kind.

The owner takes care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but does not warrant that it is free of errors or that the service will be uninterrupted. Links to third-party sites are provided for information and imply no responsibility for their content.

Applicable law

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless consumer legislation establishes a different forum.
